Tara was excellent throughout the process of house hunting and buying our new home. We had moved to the area from another state and her knowledge of the Boulder county and Denver area was very thorough and helpful. She was excellent at answering questions, either on the spot or after further research. She went above and beyond in helping us find a home that we were thrilled with. She quickly got a sense of what my husband and I were looking for and narrowed the field for us so we didn't spend time looking at houses that wouldn't work. She was always very responsive by phone or email and when we were house hunting she found the perfect balance of being present for questions and giving us space as we were looking. We ended up going with new construction so we weren't able to see her negotiation skills with an older house but as we were shopping it was clear that she was making note of things we could use in the negotiation process.
